Copy the following on your "Capitalization Notes:"

Capitalize words that are used to replace a name (words such as mom, dad, grandma, uncle are not capitalized when they come after a possessive pronoun (my, his, her, our, etc.). 

Capitalize titles used with names (President Trump), but not the name of the job (I want to be president.)
