Citizenship Claims

  
"O" + "O" = Student is known as helpful and kind no matter who he/she sits with. Student follows school and classroom rules without fail.
"O" + "S" Student is helpful and kind to table mates and classmates on a consistent basis.  Student follows school and classroom rules 95% of the time.

"S" + "S"  Student may be helpful to table mates most of the time.  Student follows school and classroom rules 90% of the time.  

"S" + "N"  Student is somewhat helpful but has had difficulty following simple classroom rules.

Make your claim,  give evidence to support your claim, elaborate on your reasoning.
